The Absolute Value of Hope
Aug 22nd, 2017 by Kimberly
“I started to hope. False hope, it would seem.”
“Artie, it’s hope. How can it be false?”
Claudia & Artie, Warehouse 13
Does it get any more profound than this?
Hope is occasionally – okay, maybe even often – a bud that fails to blossom in this world. But in the darkness and the confusion that so often surround us (especially lately), the fact that we have enough left in us to summon hope at all is a victory in itself.
Some days, Kimberly has to settle for the hope that one day she will have more hope.
Sometimes it’s all we can do.
How do you know my heart so well?
Thank you for this.
